I bought the house in the year 2020. Before lockdown and lockdown also I got support through email and phone from CRM and sales team. The team is very courteous, polite and very helpful thoroughly explained each and everything and made sure everything is done on time in terms of documentation, Legal and other formalities special thanks to Mr.Anjani, Swapnil Galpalli and Diwakar Sir from CRM team and Swapnil and Ginder from the sales team.
Overall experience was ok. Megapolis staff is humble, helpful and cooperative that is good part. Apartment is in good condition at the time of possession. Overall experience good from MEGAPOLIS team/staff.
